Lynette Smith has expansive experience in multiple different types of work all dedicated to helping people. Some roles that Lynette has held that fulfilled her mission in supporting the community include being a rental coordinator, a prenatal care coordinator, and a paraprofessional.
Lynette was able to succeed in these roles given her educational background from Milwaukee Career College where she received a certificate to be a Medical Assistant and having held her CNA license since graduating high school in 2001.
She specializes in working with the elderly and with people who have disabilities. Most recently, her specialties have grown to include working with people who have various mental health concerns.
Lyette has a deep-rooted love of helping people, especially since her son is on the autism spectrum. This experience alone has taught her patience, communication, and commitment.
When she has time to focus on herself and her family, she really enjoys spending time with her family including her husband of 16 years and her two sons. She appreciates getting to watch her children grow and learn new things. Lynette also enjoys trying new things such as painting, which she has taken up recently.
