Shanice Brown brings a strong background in both professional experience and education to her role as an IRIS Consultant.
She has previously worked as a personal care aide in the IRIS program and as a CNA for Advocate Aurora, gaining valuable experience in caregiving, nursing, home care, and home health. Her experience in these fields has given her bountiful knowledge of the IRIS program, and she has gained first-hand experience helping people in the IRIS program before her transition to being an IRIS consultant.
Shanice earned her CNA degree and gained education from both MATC and Herzing University. She is known for her strengths in home care, nursing, care plans, and caregiving. Her specialty is in helping those with dementia and other memory-care needs!
Shanice is passionate, hardworking, and dedicated to helping her participants direct their own care and ensuring all their needs are cared for.
