Ann Holfeltz brings decades of experience in human services, case management, guardianship, and education to her role at FPCC.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in Behavioral Science and Psychology with a minor in Sociology and has earned certifications in LTCFS, Adult Guardianship, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mental Health First Aid.
Ann is passionate about supporting individuals and families through compassionate, person-centered care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, traveling, shopping, caring for her cats, and doing her own manicures.
